Ingredients:
4 firm pears, peeled
3 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 cinnamon stick
3-4 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
1-inch piece of ginger, sliced

1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
