Radish Butter Crostini
/These delicious morsels are not your average crostini! With peppery slices of radish plus fresh herbs, they make for a unique and very shareable plate that's perfect for summertime snacks and appetizers.
Ingredients
8 slices baguette, toasted (Want to skip the bread? Iceberg wedges also work well!)
8 med-large sized organic radishes, thinly sliced
¼ cup organic salted butter (room temp)
Fresh basil, chives, and parsley (finely chopped)
Finishing (flaked) sea salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients for herb butter in a small bowl and mix together (save a few herbs to sprinkle on top of the crostini). Spread herb butter over each crostini, add radish slices and then sprinkle with a pinch of finishing salt and herbs.
