Oven-crisp Roasted Broccolini

This perfectly crisp and slightly salty side dish is quick, tasty and versatile. Options are endless: add sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds; fresh chopped herbs; lemon zest or red pepper flakes for a little heat.

Ingredients

1 bunch broccolini, rough ends trimmed off, leave any leaves attached
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
Coarse sea salt, for finishing

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a pan with parchment. In a large bowl, toss broccolini with olive oil and tamari. Spread onto baking sheet in a single layer and bake approx. 15 minutes or until tender and tips are golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven; serve while still warm and crispy, sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
