Fall is a beautiful time of year to be outside but as the seasons shift, it's also a beautiful time of year to come back inside and curl up with a hot cup of tea! If you have a few extra moments to prepare your tea, homemade teas are a wonderful way to nurture yourself and we’ve put together a list of a few of our favourites. You'll notice honey and lemon have a starring role in this collection. Both ingredients have a wealth of health benefits—among these, lemon offers vitamin C which boosts your immunity, while honey is great for soothing a sore throat or cough, and has anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. Also, they taste fantastic together! Whether you find a few quiet moments first thing in the morning, or can pause for an afternoon pick me up, or have a relaxing sipping session before you head to bed (probably the recommended option if you're trying the 'Garlic Lemonade'!) these warming, healing beverages will make you feel great from the inside out.
