Meet Astrid Banman!

Astrid Banman has filled many roles at Pomme Natural Market from helping with the hiring in the Poco store to managing the new Nanaimo store! She has abundant experience in the industry having started with Save On Foods in the 1990's. A number of years ago she made the lifestyle switch to a more healthy natural lifestyle and her transition to Pomme was foreordained. Astrid is a real people person and the thing that she likes most about her job is meeting all the people, from staff to customers and making new friends. She finds inspiration in the dedication to a healthy lifestyle and the benefits that it provides for the body and soul having made the journey herself. If she had to pick her favorite Pomme products they would be Fit Pop (she is a popcorn addict and once almost burnt a hotel down trying to pop that last kernel!), Only Oats products and the bulk Shea Butter which she finds is great for her skin! Astrid says "I love that I get to work with an amazing team and wonderful customers every day, they make my job fun!"
